어피스오브맵(주) 개인정보 처리방침

 

어피스오브맵(주)는 정보주체의 자유와 권리 보호를 위해 「개인정보 보호법」 및 관계 법령이 정한 바를 준수하며, 적법하게 개인정보를 처리하고 안전하게 관리하고 있습니다. 이에 「개인정보 보호법」 제30조에 따라 정보주체에게 개인정보 처리에 관한 절차 및 기준을 안내하고, 이와 관련된 고충을 신속하고 원활하게 처리할 수 있도록 다음과 같이 개인정보 처리방침을 수립·공개합니다.

1. 개인정보의 처리 목적

어피스오브맵(주)는 다음의 목적을 위하여 개인정보를 처리합니다. 처리하고 있는 개인정보는 다음의 목적 외의 용도로는 이용되지 않으며, 이용 목적이 변경되는 경우에는 「개인정보 보호법」 제18조에 따라 별도의 동의를 받는 등 필요한 조치를 이행할 예정입니다.

  • 회사 소식 및 뉴스레터 제공: 회사 소식 및 뉴스레터 발송, 서비스/제품 관련 정보 전달, 마케팅 및 광고성 정보 제공, 관심사에 맞는 정보 제공을 목적으로 개인정보를 처리합니다.

2. 처리하는 개인정보의 항목

어피스오브맵(주)는 다음과 같은 개인정보를 처리합니다. ​

  1. 수집 항목: 이메일 주소, 이름, 회사명

  2. 수집 방법: 이메일 구독 양식 등을 통한 수집

 

3. 개인정보의 처리 및 보유 기간

어피스오브맵(주)는 법령에 따른 개인정보 보유·이용 기간 또는 정보주체로부터 개인정보를 수집 시에 동의 받은 개인정보 보유·이용 기간 내에서 개인정보를 처리·보유합니다. 

  • 회사 소식 및 뉴스레터 제공: 뉴스레터 구독 해지 또는 회원 탈퇴 시까지 

 

4. 개인정보의 파기 절차 및 방법

어피스오브맵(주)는 개인정보 보유기간의 경과, 처리목적 달성 등 개인정보가 불필요하게 되었을 때에는 지체없이 해당 개인정보를 파기합니다. 

파기의 절차 및 방법은 다음과 같습니다. 

  1. 파기 절차: 파기 사유가 발생한 개인정보를 선정하고, 개인정보 보호책임자의 승인을 받아 개인정보를 파기합니다. 

  2. 파기 방법: 전자적 파일 형태로 기록·저장된 개인정보는 기록을 재생할 수 없도록 파기하며, 종이 문서에 기록·저장된 개인정보는 분쇄기로 분쇄하거나 소각하여 파기합니다. 

 

5. 개인정보의 안전성 확보조치에 관한 사항

어피스오브맵(주)는 개인정보의 안전성 확보를 위해 다음과 같은 조치를 취하고 있습니다. 

  1. 관리적 조치: 내부 관리계획 수립·시행, 정기적 직원 교육

  2. 기술적 조치: 개인정보처리시스템에 대한 접근 권한 관리, 접근통제시스템 설치, 접속기록 보관 및 점검

  3. 물리적 조치: 개인정보처리시스템 이외의 보조저장매체의 반출·입 통제 

 

6. 정보주체와 법정대리인의 권리·의무 및 행사방법에 관한 사항

정보주체는 어피스오브맵(주)에 대해 언제든지 개인정보 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지 및 동의 철회 등을 요구(이하 "권리 행사"라 함)할 수 있습니다. 이러한 권리 행사는 「개인정보 보호법 시행령」 제41조제1항에 따라 전자우편 등을 통하여 할 수 있으며, 어피스오브맵(주)는 이에 대해 지체없이 조치하겠습니다.

7. 개인정보 보호책임자

어피스오브맵(주)는 개인정보 처리에 관한 업무를 총괄해서 책임지고, 개인정보 처리와 관련한 정보주체의 불만처리 및 피해구제 등을 위하여 아래와 같이 개인정보 보호책임자를 지정하고 있습니다. 

 

8. 권익침해 구제방법

정보주체는 개인정보침해로 인한 구제를 받기 위하여 개인정보 분쟁조정위원회, 한국인터넷진흥원 개인정보 침해 신고센터 등에 분쟁해결이나 상담 등을 신청할 수 있습니다.

9. 개인정보 처리방침의 변경에 관한 사항

이 개인정보 처리방침은 2025. 8. 4. 부터 적용됩니다. 개인정보 처리방침의 변경에 관한 내용은 변경 및 시행 시기, 변경된 내용을 지속적으로 공개하겠습니다. 

 

10. 해석 기준 

본 개인정보 처리방침의 한글과 영문 문서 간 충돌이 있을 경우 한글 문서를 우선으로 합니다.

A Piece of Map Inc. Privacy Policy

 

A Piece of Map Inc. complies with the "Personal Information Protection Act" by the law of  Republic of Korea and related laws to protect the freedom and rights of data subjects, ensuring that personal information is handled and managed lawfully and securely. In accordance with Article 30 of the "Personal Information Protection Act," this privacy policy has been established and is publicly disclosed to provide data subjects with information on the procedures and standards for the processing and protection of personal information, and to ensure that any related grievances are handled promptly and smoothly.

1. Purpose of Processing Personal Information

A Piece of Map Inc. processes personal information for the following purposes. The processed personal information will not be used for any purpose other than those listed below. If the purpose of use changes, necessary measures, such as obtaining separate consent in accordance with Article 18 of the "Personal Information Protection Act," will be taken.

  • Provision of Company News and Newsletters: Personal information is processed for the purpose of sending company news and newsletters, delivering information related to services/products, providing marketing and advertising information, and offering information tailored to individual interests.

 

2. Items of Personal Information Processed

A Piece of Map Inc. processes the following personal information

  1. Items Collected: Email address, name, company name

  2. Method of Collection: Collected through email subscription forms, etc.

 

3. Processing and Retention Period of Personal Information

A Piece of Map Inc. processes and retains personal information within the period of use and retention as stipulated by law or as consented to by the data subject at the time of collection.

  • Provision of Company News and Newsletters: Until the newsletter subscription is canceled or membership is withdrawn.

 

4. Procedures and Methods for Personal Information Destruction

A Piece of Map Inc. will destroy personal information without delay when it becomes unnecessary, such as upon the expiration of the retention period or achievement of the processing purpose.

The procedures and methods for destruction are as follows:

  1. Destruction Procedure: Personal information for which a reason for destruction has occurred is selected, and with the approval of the personal information protection officer, the information is destroyed.

  2. Destruction Method: Personal information recorded and stored in electronic file format is destroyed in a way that the records cannot be restored. Personal information recorded and stored in paper documents is destroyed by shredding or incineration.

 

5. Measures to Ensure the Security of Personal Information

A Piece of Map Inc. takes the following measures to ensure the security of personal information.

  1. Administrative Measures: Establishment and implementation of internal management plans and regular employee training.

  2. Technical Measures: Management of access rights to the personal information processing system, installation of access control systems, storage and inspection of access logs.

  3. Physical Measures: Access control to computer rooms and data storage rooms, and control of the entry and exit of auxiliary storage media.

 

6. Rights and Obligations of Data Subjects and Legal Representatives, and How to Exercise Them

Data subjects may, at any time, exercise their rights to request access, rectification, deletion, suspension of processing, and withdrawal of consent (hereinafter referred to as "exercise of rights") with A Piece of Map Inc.. These rights can be exercised through email, etc., in accordance with Article 41, Paragraph 1 of the "Enforcement Decree of the Personal Information Protection Act," and A Piece of Map Inc. will take action without delay.

 

7. Personal Information Protection Officer

A Piece of Map Inc. designates a Personal Information Protection Officer to take overall responsibility for personal information processing and to handle data subjects' complaints and provide damage relief.

 

8. Remedies for Infringement of Rights

Data subjects can apply for dispute resolution or consultation regarding personal information infringement to the Personal Information Dispute Mediation Committee or the Korea Internet & Security Agency's Personal Information Infringement Reporting Center.

9. Changes to the Personal Information Policy

This privacy policy is effective as of August 4, 2025. Any changes to the privacy policy, including the effective date and content of the changes, will be continuously disclosed.

 

10. Governing Language

In the event of any conflict between the Korean and English versions of this Privacy Policy, the Korean version shall prevail.
